This working session was dedicated to the implementation of the Public Investment Program (PIP) for the 2025–2026 fiscal year, as well as to defining national priorities regarding security and governance. According to a note from the Prime Minister's Office, the PIP constitutes a central pillar of the Government's economic and social policy, aiming to strengthen infrastructure, stimulate growth, and improve the living conditions of the population. Discussions also focused on the fight against insecurity and on arrangements for organizing the upcoming elections, with a view to a return to constitutional normalcy. Despite assurances from the head of government, some political actors and citizens express doubts about the capacity of this transitional team to achieve its objectives before the deadline of February 7, 2026.
