The CEP Submits Draft Electoral Decree for Public Consultation

The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) informs the public, political parties, and civil society organizations that the draft electoral decree governing the upcoming electoral contests is now available. This initiative is part of a commitment to inclusion and transparency in the process. Interested parties are invited to visit the CEP headquarters, located at 72, Rue Stephen Archer, in Pétion-Ville, to collect a printed version of the document. Distribution will begin on Friday, October 31, 2025, from 10 AM to 5 PM. The CEP specifies that suggestions and recommendations must be submitted at the same location, during the same hours, no later than November 10, 2025. These contributions will help enrich the text before its final adoption.
