The graduation ceremony for the fourth class, named SIRIUS (2024-2025), of TEACH HAITI took place this Saturday, August 9, 2025. At 10:30 AM, guests were already gathered in the auditorium of Quisquéya Christian School, located in Delmas 75. The meticulous decoration, the presence of the graduates, the administrative staff, the support staff, and the teachers contributed greatly and stunningly to the realization of this grand event.
Indeed, the organizers chose Mr. Ewald PIERRE as the godfather of the SIRIUS class, while Ms. Angeline HERMA was named godmother. Furthermore, Mr. Valery GARCON was entrusted with the noble task of brilliantly serving as the master of ceremonies.
Moreover, in his keynote speech, pedagogical director Délicieux RESIAQUE paid a vibrant tribute to Ms. Miquette DENIS, the project initiator. He also praised her vision, kindness, and leadership, which enabled the establishment of a young institution that is already promising and influential in the Haitian educational sector. It should be strongly emphasized that this message was delivered on behalf of the pedagogical steering committee, composed of Mr. Délicieux RESIAQUE, Ms. Itela CLERMONT, and Ms. Marjorie JOSEPH. This trio spoke through Délicieux RESIAQUE to convey the pedagogical team's commitment.
General Director Bilybert AUDIGE, for his part, expressed his gratitude for the excellent treatment he receives within this beautiful and noble institution. He went on to state that he dreams of a quality, competitive school whose mission is to train young executives capable of helping the country in the years to come. In this same vein, he announced a wonderful initiative: the awarding of a scholarship to each graduate. These scholarships will provide training in English and computer science at the Haitian Professional School of Life and Hope (EPHV). He expressed it with clarity and conviction: all graduates will benefit from this opportunity.
Furthermore, the graduation ceremony was enriched by the constant and remarkable presence of Reverend Pastor ALDAMAR (a member of the local TEACH HAITI committee), who, in his spiritual message, exhorted the graduates to rely on the word of God as a compass for their future. He punctuated his intervention with biblical verses conveying wisdom.
In addition to the speeches, the stage was enlivened by: Elizé DOIRIN, Francesca ELIE, Jakson NICOLAS (Djagana), the TRA group, and the TEACH HAITI Artistic Company (CATH), who offered moments of emotion and inspiration.
Finally, it would be incomplete not to mention Frenel CLERVIL, who led the organizing team. A poet, artist, advanced teacher training graduate, and ENARTS alumnus, he is recognized for his charisma and creativity. A true stage performer, he imbued this ceremony with all its artistic richness and its sense of highlighting excellence.
In less than 20 years, this young school already boasts notable achievements. Wouldn't it be fitting to paraphrase the great Corneille by saying: 'To well-born souls, valor does not await the number of years'?
