Bilateral meeting between the Minister of Public Health, Bertrand Sinal, and the Vice Minister of Health of Taiwan in Geneva

Held during the 156th annual meeting of the World Health Organization, this bilateral meeting holds particular importance for relations between Haiti and Taiwan.

In his remarks, Minister Sinal outlined the objectives of this meeting, which aims to explore opportunities for bilateral health cooperation, strengthen the health partnership between Haiti and Taiwan, and finally seek technical and financial support for the strengthening of our health system.

The Minister is seeking new opportunities for Haiti in several aspects, including access to funding and health development projects, improvement of health services in Haiti, health diplomacy, and international visibility.

This aims to consolidate the bilateral relationship between the two countries and finally highlight national health priorities and urgent needs for Haiti.
