DEPUTY PROSECUTOR ROOSVELT CADET APPOINTED HEAD OF THE PORT-AU-PRINCE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE

Announced as replacement for the Government Commissioner of Port-au-Prince, Me. Frantz Monclaire, twenty-four hours after the release of former Nippes Senator Nènèl Cassy, Me. Guy Alexis was not installed this Monday.

Following a decision adopted by the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, it is finally Master Roosvelt Cadet, current Deputy Prosecutor at the said Public Prosecutor's Office, who is promoted to head the said Public Prosecutor's Office.

This appointment, effective upon receipt of a duly signed correspondence by the holder of the MJSP, will lead, in the coming hours, to the installation of the new commissioner in charge of the Port-au-Prince jurisdiction.
