Haiti-Education: Publication of Partial Results for the 9th Fundamental Year 2025

PORT-AU-PRINCE.— The Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) published, this Friday, the partial results of the official exams for the 9th Fundamental Year 2025. Eight Departmental Directorates of Education (DDE) are included in this first wave of publication: the North, West, Northeast, Artibonite, South, Grand-Anse, Northwest, and Nippes.

According to data released by the National Bureau of State Examinations (BUNEXE), success rates vary significantly from one department to another. The North shows the highest percentage with 96.54%, closely followed by the West (95.16%) and Grand-Anse (93.74%). The South recorded a rate of 91.22%, while the Northeast and Artibonite are at 87.35% and 86.01% respectively. In contrast, results appear much more mixed for the Northwest (54.19%) and Nippes (72.49%).

The MENFP informs that school officials can already go to the relevant Departmental Directorates of Education to collect their schools' results. Furthermore, the ministry announces that results for the Southeast and Centre will be published later.

Through this publication, the MENFP states its intention not only to inform the educational community and the general public about student performance, but also to enable schools to better plan for the remainder of the academic year.

Finally, the ministry's Communication Office reminds that it remains available to provide any additional information to interested schools and families.
