Martine MOISE Summoned to Appear Personally Before the Court of Appeal

Former First Lady Martine MOISE must appear personally before the Port-au-Prince Court of Appeal. This was decided by the Court during a hearing this Monday, February 7, 2025, as part of the investigation into the assassination of former President Jovenel MOÏSE.

Several personalities close to the former Head of State, including former Prime Minister Claude JOSEPH, Rénal LUBÉRICE, Jeantel JOSEPH, Louis Edner GONZAGUE D., Jude LAURENT, Zéphirin ARDOUIN, Antonio CHERAMY, are expected to appear at the bar at the next hearing.
