Milot: Kenbe Kapòw Denounces Abandonment and Demands Sanctions

The collective « Kenbe Kapòw » strongly denounces the tragedy that occurred Saturday at Citadelle La Ferrière — Citadelle Henry —, where several dozen young people lost their lives.

According to the organization, this tragedy is not a simple accident but « the direct consequence of the irresponsibility and abandonment by authorities », highlighting the total lack of supervision, security, and medical infrastructure at the historic site.

In response to what it considers blatant negligence, « Kenbe Kapòw » demands the revocation of six officials, including those from ISPAN, the Milot town hall, BSAP, POLITOUR, and the Secretary of State for Public Security, as well as their prosecution.

The collective extends its condolences to the bereaved families and expresses solidarity with the entire Northern department.
