This action is part of an obvious propaganda strategy used by criminal and terrorist organizations to maintain their grip on the population through fear and manipulation.

Far from being a benefactor, this individual is a fugitive, accused of kidnappings, murders, extortion, and terrorist acts. « Do not be deceived.
