OFFICIAL EXAMS FOR 9TH GRADE, LAW ENFORCEMENT COMPLETELY ABSENT IN CARREFOUR

Official exams for 9th grade began this Monday, June 30, across the country. Having adopted a series of measures for the smooth running of these tests, the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training registered 187,419 candidates, enrolled for these exams, expected for the period from June 30 to July 3, 2025. Conducted in a very particular context associated with the deployment of armed terrorist groups, law enforcement ensured security in the perimeters surrounding the exam centers and also placed agents inside the premises serving as headquarters for the candidates. In Carrefour, a commune in the metropolitan region where bandits reign supreme, heavily armed individuals secured the roadways to facilitate traffic, allowing candidates to locate and access exam centers distributed across various neighborhoods, including Bizoton, Thor, and Côte Plage, to name a few.
Fearing a hideous spectacle, the presence of legally recognized forces was not observed. Wishing to ensure that these tests take place in a serene atmosphere, and also to evaluate the first day, technical arrangements were put in place. Laventure in Delmas 75, where a total of 350 students, distributed across 10 exam rooms, were taking their tests.
